“Life can be complicated, overwhelming and sometimes difficult; I can help you go through this time of self-discovery and empowerment. Through this journey of life I can provide a therapeutic environment that will be an empathetic and compassionate relationship to help you gain insight towards the self-awareness that you can explore. I will work in a collaborative approach with a warm and inviting manner to focus on your goals. I believe that therapy is a learning experience for both of us and I enjoy watching clients grow and gain the tools to help them accomplish their goals. I have worked with children, adolescence and adults for over twenty years. I teach skills such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and use Mindfulness approaches. I proudly serve the LGBTQ+ community and have experience with couples as well.” –Amanda Vann, LMFT #93285, NBCC
