My integrative approach to therapy includes a collaborative relationship between you and I. I offer a combination of healing modalities that include traditional talk therapy, as well as body awareness, mindfulness, movement, nature therapy, and sound healing. We will work together to gain a deep understanding of your unique body and mind.
When we carve out the time for self-exploration, we can become aware of what prevents us from conscious living.
