All-Day mindfulness meditation retreats are designed to give individuals an opportunity to immerse themselves in mindfulness meditation practice. Various meditations and talks on a particular theme/intention are woven throughout each retreat. There are periods of silence and time for self-care. The teacher(s) support with providing structure, teachings on meditation, meditation guidance, and personal support to help each participant move deeper into their meditation practice. These all-day retreats are help in nature to support deepening the experience of mindfulness with the support of the natural environment.
