Awakening the Creative With Nature

Awaken to the creative within you that flows through you with Nature during this online (and in-person Taos, NM) mini-retreat.

Nature is inspiring, reflective, healing, supportive, and beautifully curated in a divine order that we can see and feel. In this retreat, we will connect to how Nature can awaken within us our creative forces to express ways of healing from trauma. When we have unhealed trauma we often are disconnected from the creative energy forces of our life. This may leave us feeling unable to feel the full spectrum of our wholeness being expressed in the world. The teachings and practices in this retreat will explore ways to awaken our creative nature, we will sing, create, dance, make music together- all with the inspiration provided by Nature.

By awakening the creative within you, you can release and transform your trauma. The retreat will consist of periods of meditation practice, group discussion, Q/A, inquiry and reflection, dancing, music, and time for creating art (you are encouraged to bring whatever medium you may want to explore, suggestions will be offered as well).
