Mindfulness in Nature Weekend Retreat

This weekend mindfulness meditation retreat is an opportunity to re-connect to yourself through nature and meditation at a beautiful retreat center in the San Diego Mountains. You will have the opportunity relax, reflect, meditate, connect to community and support yourself with mindfulness in nature meditations. Teachers will support you through guided meditations, nature hikes, reflections and journaling, and teachings on the interconnection of nature, the land, and well-being.

Nature and meditation support our healing.  Through this retreat you will experience how BOTH will deepen and nourish your life.  You will take with you new ways to practice being in nature in everyday life as well as mediations you can practice on your own when you spend time in nature.

Vegetarian Meals Included:

2 dinners, 1 lunch, 2 breakfasts.

Indoor Lodging $349

Please plan to bring camping gear if choosing to camp and linens/sleeping bag if choosing indoor lodging.

The event will be facilitated by teachers with New Mindful Life and hosted at Manzanita Village in Warner Springs, CA.
