This weekend mindfulness meditation in nature retreat is designed to give you an opportunity to grow and deepen your experience of mindfulness meditation practice. Over the course of 3 days our teachers will guide you n a variety of meditations in nature and teachings on how to slow down, preserve energy, take joy in simplicity, unplug and recharge. There will be periods of silence and time for self-care. The teachers support by providing structure, teachings on meditation, meditation guidance, and personal support to help each participant move deeper into their own meditation practice. This retreat is held mostly in nature to support deepening the experience of mindfulness with the support of the natural environment. You have the opportunity to camp on the land- to experience more connection with nature, as well, indoor lodging options are available to support your needs.
Organization Donation: $249 – $299 (additional $30 for indoor lodging)
$249 – Subsidized donation: This is the basic cost for food, lodging and overhead. It does not include payment for teacher support.
Anything above $249 helps to support teachers.

***The organization donation is designed to meet the costs of administration, insurance, rent, outreach, supplies, movement-teachers, and set-up/clean-up. It’s not designed to pay the main teacher a living wage for preparing teachings, holding the retreat container, meeting with participants, or follow up. Hence, there is an additional Teacher Donation for that purpose, to support the work and livelihood of the teacher.

Please plan to bring camping gear if choosing to camp and linens/sleeping bag if choosing indoor lodging.
The event will be facilitated by teachers with New Mindful Life and hosted at Manzanita Village in Warner Springs, CA.
