This all-day retreat is an opportunity to become still, quiet and reflect on what will support and inspire your well-being for intentions in 2020.

Intentions are important to help us guide our actions in life. You may want better health, to be more creative, open, or adventurous. Or to practice more love, caring or kindness towards yourselves or others. By practicing mindfulness in nature you can access deep within what your mind, body or heart may need in the coming year. As you become clear of your intentions through the retreat day with the practice of nature meditations, experiencing practices, teaching, journaling, community, and support, you will leave with active mindfulness practices to integrate into your life to fulfill these intentions and support your well-being on this journey called life.
