Intentions for 2020- Cultivate clarity and action for a healthy connection to yourself, your life and the planet

This all-day retreat is an opportunity to become still, quiet and reflect on what will support and inspire your well-being for intentions in 2020. Intentions are important to help us guide our actions in life. You may want better health, to be more creative, open, or adventurous; or to practice more love, caring or kindness towards yourselves or others. By practicing mindfulness in nature you can access deep within what your mind, body or heart may need in the coming year. As you become clear of your intentions through the retreat day with the practice of nature meditations, experiencing practices, teaching, journaling, community, and support, you will leave with active mindfulness practices to integrate into your life to fulfill these intentions.

The ability to manifest these intentions into your life will support your well-being and help to cultivate and support healthy actions in connection to our beautiful planet.

Considerations for the retreat

This retreat is appropriate for beginning and experienced meditators who are interested in learning more about mindfulness and somatic awareness in nature. We also encourage you to have a desire to help yourself heal the inner experiences that you may be challenged by to find greater health and wholeness in your life. If you are ages 14-18, we request that a parent attend the retreat with you.
