Mindfulness in nature- caring for well-being of the mind, body and heart

An event every week that begins at 7:00 am on Thursday, repeating until June 11, 2020
Learn to practice mindfulness in support of physical/mental/emotional challenges arising in this time. We will practice mindfulness in nature and heart meditations of loving kindness, compassion, joy and equanimity. There will be time for discussion and sharing in community after we sit together.
