An event every week that begins at 7:00 am on Wednesday, repeating indefinitely
Learn to practice mindfulness in support of physical/mental/emotional challenges arising in this time. We will practice mindfulness in nature and heart meditations of loving kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity. There will be time for discussion and sharing in community after we sit together.
