Explore mindfulness meditation in a relaxed setting at New Mindful Life.
This class a weekly drop-in for people who are looking to practice mindfulness meditation and engage in dialogue about bringing mindfulness into every day life.
This class will be offered every first Saturday from 9am-10am, and will consist of a 30-40 minute meditation that is followed by a dialogue/inquiry to the arisings from practice. A theme or contemplation for practice will be offered during the meditation that then is followed by an opportunity to more deeply integrate the insights from practice into everyday living.
