An event every week that begins at 7:00 am on Monday and Friday, repeating until October 30, 2020
Join us for a drop in mindfulness session to practice in community together!
We will meet from 7-745am on Monday’s and Friday’s each week to begin and close our week’s together. We will practice mindfulness in nature meditations. I will offer a short talk on a topic of releavance to the meditation and the we will sit together. There will be time at the end for sharing, questions, and connecting.
These sessions are offered freely and you are invited to offer donations as you can to support the teaching
