The SEED Meditation method can be learned in as little as a half-day. It is a perfect method for anyone, whether you are a beginner or want to enhance your meditation practice. You’ll discover the essentials of a successful meditation, what meditation is, what it isn’t, experiences you might have, and the many benefits that will unfold for you when you learn to meditate. Meditating is like planting a seed, or an intention, and watching it grow. These practices are truly the only ones you’ll ever need for the rest of your life.
