Virtual SoCal EcoSangha : Mindfulness in Nature WITH community near and far *UPDATED*

April 18 @ 10:00 am - 11:30 am

We will convene at 10am, and practice together in our respective locations until 1130. We encourage you to take your computer to an outdoor space in your home- this might be a backyard, a patio, an open window- to practice together.

We can come together in this time, bringing our presence, our practice and nature together to be supported by one another. We will be leading various nature-based meditations during this time, and will have time for you to chat in and share your experiences or ask questions for support.

Research shows that being nature just 10-20 minutes a day can help to boost your immune system and provide health to your emotional well-being calming your nervous system and aiding in calm, relaxation and grounding. All things we can benefit from in this difficult time. Please register for our event and we will send you a zoom link to attend.

All of these events are being offered freely. If you are able to donate to us, we will provide you with a link to support our ongoing offerings of these events as we navigate this time together.
