Exploring Mindfulness Through Eating

Eating is an automatic behavior we engage in multiple times per day, each and every day. During this talk titled, “Exploring Mindfulness Through Eating”, Dr. Rochelle Voth explores the ways in which the practice of eating is a wonderful opportunity to incorporate mindfulness techniques on a daily basis.

Mindfulness is practice first – with your experience at the very core. Moment to moment, non-judgmental awareness; deliberately paying attention to the moment.
