Mindfulness Meditation Sessions
Mindfulness meditation sessions are a unique way to establish a more regular mindfulness practice with the support of a mindfulness teacher. These sessions are structured with a guided mindfulness meditation practice led by the teacher and then following the practice a brief inquiry into your experience of practice. This inquiry allows to you to receive support in deepening your ability to integrate your mindfulness practice into your everyday life and support you establishing a consistent mindfulness practice.
These sessions are offered in 30 and 50-minute sessions. Package rates are available.
