This online retreat is an opportunity to become still, quiet, and reflect on 2020 coming to an end and allowing the possibility to enter into the beginnings of what’s to come in the year ahead. Intentions are important to help us guide our actions in life. You may want better health, to be more creative, open, or adventurous; or to practice more love, caring, or kindness towards yourselves or others. By practicing mindfulness in nature you can access deep within what your mind, body, or heart truly desire in the coming year. As we explore the nature of endings and beginnings in aspects of life you can cultivate more clarity for what the intentions of the new year ahead may hold. We will practice mindfulness with nature meditation, journal, and have opportunities to explore singing and chanting to welcome the new year. You are invited to bring a healing drink from nature (tea, herbs, water) to participate in a ceremony to welcome the new year and share in song and chant.
