Description
We can come together in this time, bringing our presence, our mindfulness practice and nature together to be supported by one another. I will be offering mindfulness nature-based meditations during this time and provide opportunities for you to chat and share your experiences or ask questions for support. Research shows that being nature and practicing mindfulness just 10-20 minutes a day can help to boost your immune system and provide health to your emotional well-being calming your nervous system and aiding in you experiencing more ease, relaxation and grounding.
