Heal with nature as we explore practices to calm, restore and awaken our inner-being to emerge feeling more embodied and connected to the natural world.

Spend the morning enjoying the beauty and healing teaching of the ocean and bay inlet around Pacific Beach. This period of quiet walking, meditation, and contemplative practices will be led by psychologist, author and mindfulness teacher, Dr. Rochelle Calvert. The day will be a mix of group instruction as well as individual time to spread out and explore the practices on your own with the added safety of a nearby group and teacher. We will experience the healing that arises in presence to the potent healing of nature and take with us these teachings into everyday life.
To maintain COVID safety, the outing will be limited to fifteen participants. We’ll practice social distancing and wear masks for safety when appropriate
