Connect to Nature to be restored and nourished. Practicing mindfulness in the beauty, awe, and space of the wilderness will allow nature to filter into our minds, bodies, and hearts to support our health. This will be an all-day retreat to practice various mindfulness in nature meditations to deepen our sense of well-being, cultivating states of rest, ease, and spaciousness. There will be times of guided support and silence to help you deepen into your practice. Towards the end of the day, we will have time to share and connect with the community through our sharing.
Co-teaching with Greg Crespo, we will practice in Idyllwild, CA on November 22, 2020, from 10 am – 3 pm, practicing appropriate COVID-19 guidelines to remain safe together. We are limiting the number of participants in this all-day retreat to 10 to ensure we can maintain the guidelines.
