Awaken to wonder, awe, and beauty in the stunning setting of Sunset Cliffs Park in San Diego California. This day of quiet walking, meditation, and contemplative practices will be led by psychologist, author, and mindfulness teacher, Dr. Rochelle Calvert. The day will be a mix of group instruction as well as individual time to spread out and explore the practices on your own with the added safety of a nearby group and teachers. We will feel the amazing majesty of the ocean and nature, and awaken this within ourselves to open into more joy, happiness, and delight in life.

 

* To maintain COVID safety, the outing will be limited to fifteen participants. We’ll practice social distancing and wear masks for safety when appropriate
