This Mindfulness Meditation in Nature Retreat is an opportunity to heal, re-connect and re-emerge into a greater knowing of wholeness and health in your being through nature, meditation and somatic practices held in the beautiful and empowering landscape of Sedona Arizona.
Though the powerfully healing properties of mindfulness meditation, nature and somatic therapies, you will have the opportunity to heal and transform challenging/traumatic experiences. Mindfulness meditation, nature and somatic therapies all have amazing potential to heal and transform challenging/traumatic experiences.
By learning, practicing and integrating the wisdom of these teachings throughout this retreat, you will:

– Nourish a greater sense of inner well-being
– Cultivate equanimity in the challenging times
– Develop practical daily skills to integrate into your everyday life to support your well-being
Relax, reflect, meditate, connect to community and support yourself with mindfulness in nature meditations and somatic healing practices.
Your guides for this retreat are professionals in providing clear and powerful teachings on mindfulness in nature, somatic healing, and shifting the view of the self to wholeness.
Come and experience guided nature meditations, red rock land hikes, somatic experiencing practices, journaling, community reflections, sharing and support, and individual (private) meetings with teachers to support all the powerful integrations.
Breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be provided each day. All meals are vegetarian. Dinners will be on your own. For lodging, you are encouraged to bring your camping gear to sleep out in nature in nearby local campgrounds to further deepen your experience of the retreat. Lodging is also available locally for an additional cost.
Your retreat begins at 4 pm on Thursday, April 11th, 2019. Our first evening session will begin at 6:30 pm. Light snacks will be offered. The retreat will end Sunday, April 14th, 2019 at 12 pm.
