This workshop will offer mindfulness in nature practices that will support your healing and increase your consciousness to learn how to be in a healthy relationship with the earth. We are often disconnected from ourselves and in turn from the land we inhabit and the food we consume. Through the practice of awakening in nature we can more heartfully connect to our land and practices that support sustainable and conscious living. Join us to learn specific meditation practices about healing in nature and the practice of sustainable farming to help heal our earth. If we heal ourselves, we can heal the earth.
Develop ways to integrate various mindfulness in nature practices into your life and relationship and connection to the land you inhabit
Connect more deeply to your breath, body and the senses to support connection to yourself and the environment around you
Cultivate meditation of the elements- water, fire, earth, air, space- to develop deep listening, attunement to the land and healing
Create a shared experience of learning the deep aspects of cultivation of the earth, by connecting to the elemental forces shared between different biological systems within the framework of a crop production system.
Learn how critical issues of global climate change as well as the health problems of an individual may be ameliorated through mindfulness meditation in nature, regenerative agriculture, nutritious lifestyle and engaged actions to heal the earth
