Heal with the support of mindfulness in nature practices.
Spend the day learning and exploring meditation practices for connection, restoration, and healing in nature. Through mindfulness nature meditations, somatic experiencing practices, teaching, journaling, community, and support, you will have an opportunity to find a greater connection to yourself. You will learn ways to cultivate a greater sense of peace, equanimity in the challenging times, ways to open your body, mind, and heart and learn skills to integrate these practices into your everyday life that will support your healing journey.
Who Is This Retreat Right For?
This retreat is appropriate for beginning and experienced meditators who are interested in learning more about mindfulness and somatic awareness in nature. We also encourage you to have a desire to help yourself heal the inner experiences that you may be suffering from to find greater health and wholeness. If you are ages 14-18, we request that a parent attend the retreat with you.
