In mindfulness there are the 4 heart practices that we can cultivate into our life to bring in qualities of basic goodness- Loving-Kindness, Compassion, Sympathetic Joy and Equanimity.
These are known as self-care practices and allow us to connect more deeply to ourselves and one another. Join us as we become curious and prepare to cultivate these practices of the heart.
This will be a 2 hour workshop held as a refresher for our past SIT participants as well as a taster for our future SIT participants. All are welcome!
