Heal in nature with the support of heart meditation practices. Spend the morning with the warm beach, the expanse of the ocean, and sounds of waves practicing mindfulness in nature to expand and soften the heart. We will explore both sitting and movement practices that will allow you to cultivate a greater sense of ease and ways to open the heart. We will spend time nurturing your love for nature to support allowing your own heart open and to offer and give back to yourself and others in your life.

8 – Arrive, settle in, Introductions
8:15 – 9:15 – Teaching on the heart practices; loving-kindness and movement practices
9:15 – 9:30 – Community connection, sharing, and support/closing, offering on-going support
We will practice COVID safety guidelines for gathering together. We will follow county and state rules at the time, and will meet six feet distance while wearing masks.
