Weekend mindfulness meditation retreats are designed to give individuals an opportunity to grow and deepen their experience of mindfulness meditation practice. Over the course of 2-3 days you are lead in a variety of meditations and offered teachings on specific themes/intentions set throughout the retreat. There are periods of silence and time for self-care.
The teacher(s) support by providing structure, teachings on meditation, meditation guidance, and personal support to help each participant move deeper into their meditation practice. These retreats are held in nature to support deepening the experience of mindfulness with the support of the natural environment. Retreats vary with accommodations from camping to basic lodging.
2 dinners, 1 lunch, 2 breakfasts.
Whether you are camping inside or out, please bring your own camping gear. A shower and toilet are provided on the campsite.
The event will be facilitated by teachers with New Mindful Life and hosted at Five Changes Retreat Center in Warner Springs, CA.
