This weekend course is an opportunity to learn the practice of mindfulness with nature to deepen our presence and connection to the body, mind, and heart. We will spend time in nature meditating and exploring the foundations of mindfulness with nature and how they support our inner healing to emerge.
During this time together we will explore teachings of mindfulness of the breath, senses, body, the elements, and in our everyday life with nature. We will also discover ways to integrate these practices into the support of healing the mind and heart. During the course, we will meditate, connect and share as a community, have time for Q/A, and inquiry, and develop skills to integrate these teachings into therapeutic settings.
Times: Friday 6-8pm; Saturday 9-4pm; Sunday 9-4pm
