Heal with nature as we explore how nature’s expressions are medicine. Spend the morning in the beauty of the pine trees, canyons and sweeping vistas of San Diego Bay feeling into the capacity for nature to aid our healing.  We will explore practices of stillness and movement in nature, as well as taking time to reflect and take in the healing benefits of nature. Connecting to inherent capacity of nature to heal, transform and grow, you will deepen into your capacity to feel this truth within from the support around.

 

Timeline / Outline of the event:

10 – Arrive, settle in, Introductions

1030-1230 – Teaching on nature as medicine to help us heal. Nature meditations to integrate more deeply the healing aspects of nature

1230-130 -Lunch

130-3pm Community connection, sharing and support/Closing, offering on-going support

 

We will practice COVID safe guidelines for gathering together. We will follow county and state rules at the time, and will meet six feet distance while wearing masks.
