Awaken to the new beginnings of 2022 in this online retreat. The New Year is often a time of reflection, intention setting and inquiry into the directions of health of our life. In this retreat we will explore how to attune to the Nature of our Fullest and Most Alive sense of Self in Life to let this guide how we might set intentions and directions for ourselves in the coming year.

Nature in all her beautiful forms is always expressing her truest sense of self….look around in nature….she’s never trying to be what she isn’t and is always listening to how to participate WITH life fully (e.g.- a tree that knows its place, connects to community and thrives with the conditions and cycles of life by allowing its branches to grow in the directions needed) . We will take inspiration from Nature to support seeing our fullest sense of self and how to live fully alive.

The retreat will consist of periods of meditation practice, group discussion, Q/A, inquiry, reflection and shared music.
