Personalized live sessions/retreats are designed to support you individually or in small groups (2-5 people) with your mindfulness in nature practice. There are many different ways in which to practice mindfulness in nature- practices for centering, calming/relaxing, working with difficulties, opening, heart practices, and many more. Given that needs in our lives change over time, this personal approach to teaching is a unique opportunity for you to be taught individually with specific practices to support your well-being with what you need most.
I will spend time before the session understanding you or your community’s unique needs and design a session/retreat personalized to you. I will offer a teaching/reflection on ways to practice to support you and will then lead you in practices (that can be recorded) to help you experience what will be helpful.
These sessions/retreats will be held in locations around San Diego that have been opened to the public again- beaches, parks, trails. We will practice appropriate social distancing, as well as follow the guidelines of moving to remain active- rather than sitting- to practice mindfulness in nature.
