Join New Mindful Life, with Dr. Rochelle Calvert, Rebecca Luna & Matthew Goodman, for the opportunity to retreat in Mindfulness without the need to take off for a week. Every last Sunday of the month, we meet for our half day retreat which lasts about 3 hours. These events are ideal for those who have already participated in past mindfulness classes and wish to deepen their practice and further their understanding of Mindfulness. There will be sitting & walking meditation practices as well as discussion and explanation of how to better integrate Mindfulness into your every day life!
