The ‘A Taste of Mindfulness’ Course Includes:
- Experiencing a variety of mindfulness practices including several approaches to meditation
- Learn options for developing individual practices
- Receive a list of recommended books, audio programs and other resources
- Learn why mindfulness practices are being studied and recommended by health professionals to help reduce harmful effects from stress
