Using the likes of Rumi, David Whyte, Mary Oliver, Naomi Shihab Nye, and John O’Donohue to deepen our meditation practice, we will listen to a minute of poetry and then dive within to witness our thoughts and reactions. Conscious that we are separate from these thought patterns, we can create the space to choose a response that better serves us.
