Weekend mindfulness meditation retreats are designed to give individuals an opportunity to grow and deepen their experience of mindfulness meditation practice. Over the course of 2-3 days, you are lead in a variety of meditations and offered teachings on specific themes/intentions throughout the retreat. There are periods of silence and time for self-care. The teacher(s) support with providing structure, teachings on meditation, meditation guidance, and personal support to help each participant move deeper into their meditation practice. These retreats are held in nature to support deepening the experience of mindfulness with the support of the natural environment. Retreats vary with accommodations from camping to basic lodging.
